Shipping Duration:

Zealglow is a committed site where each customer can read shipping details information provided on the product detail page. The suited deliveries are made usually between through reputed courier agencies within 7-10 working days under good condition. The duration of time may vary depending on the size of the cart.

Note that the packaging can be split into two convenient packing boxes depending on the product's size.

In situations beyond Zealglow's control, there may be circumstances that cause a delay.

COD Orders:

COD orders can be placed on the website directly at an additional COD charge. Once a COD order is placed by a customer, our team shall get in touch via call or Whatsapp, and a COD charge shall be payable to confirm and ship the product, failing which your order shall stand canceled. Such COD charge once paid would be a confirmation that the product shall be accepted by the customer. In any event where the customer fails to receive the COD ordered product, the COD charge shall NOT be refunded, and the order shall stand canceled by the customer himself.

DUE TO COVID SITUATION AND LOCKDOWN IMPOSED IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE COUNTRY, DELIVERY MAY BE IMPACTED AS PER THE RESPECTIVE AREA'S GUIDELINES. PLEASE PLAN AND PLACE YOUR ORDERS IN ADVANCE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS IN DELIVERY.

Express Shipping Duration:

Express shipping orders are taken on priority before regular orders. Orders placed under express shipping are dispatched the same day where orders are received before 10 am, or else they are dispatched the next working day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or non-working days or any public holidays. The shipping time of 5 days includes only working days and does not include weekends or public holidays. Zealglow is not liable for any delays in delivery beyond the company's control or when delays occur on account of the courier companies when there is restricted movement in the respective areas of delivery or account of increased workload during festive seasons.

Zealglow believes in showcasing exactly what they sell, and therefore, the only time when returns/exchanges/refunds are considered is when you receive a damaged product.

The products go through a Quality check by a specialized team before they are dispatched to the customers, the only way damages can occur is in Transit. The brand takes the whole sole responsibility of it and to deliver a happy shopping experience they believe in not letting the customer bear any loss for transit damages.

In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the package. No requests will be considered post that. It will be advisable to make an opening video to avoid any questions and get a full refund for your product. If you fail to make a video, the team would still consider your request and will get to you with a solution that is beneficial to both you and the brand. But in this case, there will be no full refund. Also, in some cases, the team can ask you to send back the product. Once the team receives the product, it must be unworn, or unused, with tags and in original packaging. Once the team receives the product, they will then take a call for what amount to be returned or what product to be sent in return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At Zealglow, we make sure all the products reach safely and on time.

Zealglow does not accept any returns after the shipment is delivered. Customers can ask for live photos and videos of the products from us before placing any orders with us.

Cancellation policies:

Orders can only be canceled in case they are received in damaged condition. Orders cannot be canceled otherwise.

COD orders if canceled after dispatch, cancellation charges of Rs. 100/- will have to be strictly borne by customers, and in case of any failure, a written complaint will be launched.

Also, Zealglow reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice or explanation for the same, under the circumstances where the prerequisite for the orders is not met.

However, the Company ensures that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund is made within a reasonable span.
